STEP 4: Apply Mixed Media Metallic Liquid Eyeshadow in Moonlight to the center of the eyelids to create a halo, blending with The Blending Brush.

STEP 5: Finish the eyes with Spectator Sport Mascara in Black, applied from the roots to the ends of the lashes.

STEP 6: Line the lips with Cruise Liner Lip Pencil in Cognac, along the contour of the lips.

STEP 7: Finish the look by applying Seriously Jelly Lip Color in Staycation to your lips.
