We’re committed to circular beauty - our products are designed using recyclable and low-impact materials like PCR plastic, monomaterial components, and sugarcane-based polyethylene. 

Yes - all of our packaging is recyclable. Many of our components are made from PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials, and our cartons are 100% recycled, FSC certified, and biodegradable.

 PCR stands for Post-Consumer Recycled materials - plastic, aluminum or paper that’s been used by consumers, recycled, and repurposed into new packaging. Using PCR reduces the need for virgin plastic and helps divert waste from landfills. It’s a more sustainable option that supports circular beauty practices and lowers environmental impact.

Gen See uses an average of 60% PCR across its packaging — one of the highest percentages in the industry. For comparison, Sephora considers a brand “planet positive” at 30% PCR, and Credo Beauty has set a target of 50%.
